All service bookings must be confirmed via phone, email, or website form. Full or partial payment may be required upfront. SG Handyman Pro reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

4. Service Warranty

We provide a limited warranty on workmanship, depending on the service category. Materials and parts are subject to manufacturer warranty.

5. Liability

SG Handyman Pro is not liable for any indirect damages, losses, or accidents resulting from misuse or negligence after the service is completed.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide safe, accessible working environments. Any known hazards should be disclosed before service begins.
